Remineralizing toothpaste to make at home

As the time goes by, because of malnutrition or poor eating habits your teeth can lose their valuable minerals, promoting demineralization and loss of valuable minerals such as calcium and phosphate.

Keep in mind that good nutrition and good oral hygiene can help the ability of the teeth to remineralize, regenerate and even reverse the teeth cavity. Foods with trace minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and vitamin K2) can help to remineralize the teeth enamel and prevent prolonged damage to your teeth.

Here is the homemade toothpaste recipe for remineralizing your teeth:

  • 4 TBS organic coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 20 drops essential oils such as peppermint oil
  • 3 TBS calcium and magnesium powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor and store your toothpaste in a glass jar. Keep in mind that you should rinse your mouth with filtered water, and not tap water since tap water has fluoride, chlorine and other harmful chemicals in it.
